Winter

These days, if I'm lucky enough to still be in bed at sunrise, I wake to a beautiful cool light. It's a light that screams "Winter!" yet somehow feels really warm and safe. It's no secret that I'm a warm weather person but there's still something wonderful about this season. I guess it helps that there are so many links to festivities and time spent inside with family and friends not doing anything but just existing.

Talking about not doing anything, I almost wish I had that luxury. It's been busy for the past period but tomorrow the real craziness starts. Most of it is wonderfully fun craziness (except exams, of course). Crazy nevertheless.

Excited.

Still waiting for the tree to arrive. When it does we are ready!
